Team Loxa
Most people have the will to win. Far fewer have the will to prepare. Inspired by Vince Lombardi, Jamie shares how Loxa works with retailers to build a game plan for every quarter, short-term and long-term.

I have just finished reading “When Pride Still Mattered ” about the great NFL coach Vince Lombardi.
What struck me about his story was his obsession with winning.
Winning five championships in nine seasons with the Green Bay Packers has led him to legendary status and a much storied period for the NFL.
But what I took from this biography is the amount of times the ‘game plan’ changed to remain a champion.
One of Vince’s famous quotes is:

This is so true in business.
Most people have the will to win. Most people enjoy winning and all that comes with it. But the people willing to put in the hard work and time required to prepare to win are far more rare. Great businesses have that rare will to prepare.
At Loxa, we work closely with our clients to strategise for every quarter, and we have both the will and the toolkit to help our clients win their personal championships.
Whether this is a black Friday ‘call to action’ play, a strategy to improve customer retention or Trust Pilot rating, or creating strategies that give customers more choice and protection, we have a game plan that can be tailored to both short-term and long-term goals for your business.
Vince would have turned 112 years old last month, and his leadership is still influencing businesses around the world.
If you think your game plan could use some of Vince’s magic with a Loxa twist, or if you need a bit more will to prepare, please get in touch and we would be happy to strategise a way to win.
