How Do I Get
Product Protection?
Loxa Product Protection may be included with your purchase at no additional cost, or you may have the option to add it to your cart when purchasing an eligible item.
If product protection is included, this will be explicitly stated on the product page.
If product protection is not included but available for purchase, you will have the option to add it to your order from the product page.
If neither applies and there is no option to add product protection, the item is not insurable under this scheme.

What’s Covered
This insurance protects your tool for one year in the event of:
Should the unexpected happen and you need to make a claim, you’ll have:

Like-for-like replacements, or reimbursement via a voucher for a the financial value of the item, with no excess to pay
What’s Not Covered?
Loss of the item
Normal wear and tear
Damage in transit and pre-delivery of the item
Manufacturing faults
Deliberate harm or neglect
Are There Any Restrictions?
You must be a resident of the UK, Channel Islands or Ireland
Your item must be kept securely in your permanent UK residence, business premises or motor vehicle, and concealed
You will need to supply a police crime reference number, and evidence of a claim on your motor or relevant buildings insurance, as appropriate, in order to make a claim for theft
This Insurance is only included on a complimentary basis for products where explicitly stated as such on the item description

Anything Else?
Cover will only start once you have received your item.
Once we have received your order, Loxa will email you a copy of your Insurance Product Information Document (IPID) and Policy Wording.
Following delivery, Loxa will email your Policy Schedule, which along with your Policy Wording, forms your contract of insurance.

Important note
In the event of theft or malicious damage, or where you have reason to believe a criminal offence has been committed, you must notify the Police and obtain a crime reference number to be eligible to make a claim on this insurance.
