Team Loxa
Loxa is now directly authorised by the FCA (no. 1018666). For every retail partner and customer, it means product protection managed to the highest regulatory standard.

We're thrilled to announce that we’ve achieved direct authorisation from the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) as an insurance intermediary.
This significant milestone reflects our commitment to providing our customers with the highest level of protection, fair value and service.
We'd like to express our gratitude to the team at UKGI for their expert support throughout the application process. Their guidance and expertise were invaluable in ensuring a smooth, speedy and successful process.
We also extend our thanks to Ed Gaze and James Yorke at our (now former) Principal, Innovative Risk Labs, for providing such a valuable incubation period. Their support and partnership allowed us to deveop and refine our operation, ultimately strengthening our application for direct authorisation.
The turnaround of the FCA approval process was less than 6 months, which we see as a testament to the strength of our offering and the standards we've implemented at Loxa.
This achievement marks an exciting new chapter for Loxa. We remain focused on delivering innovative, reliable, and user-friendly insurance solutions to our clients. Stay tuned for news of our upcoming insurance scheme expansions!
Jamie Hamer, CEO and Founder commented, “All this could not have been achieved without the expertise and dedication of our Head of Compliance, George Miller, whose leadership and diligence ensured a seamless and successful application process. Congratulations, George!”
